| Fraudulent Job PostingsIntuit’s name is being misused in a series of fraudulent classified advertisements under various headings, including “Treasury Finance & Payroll.” The advertisements always include the line “born under the authority of Intuit Inc” and have appeared on various job seeking Web sites, most recently on Careerbuilder.com, between April 2009 and July 2009. These listings are a known hoax and linked to a money-laundering fraud. These positions do not exist and are in no way affiliated with Intuit. Applicants and job seekers can verify Intuit job listings by searching our career postings at www.intuitcareers.com. Be careful in providing personally identifiable information on job postings until confirming the authenticity of the advertisement and the company. Applicants should also report suspicious advertisements to the trust and security team at the career Web site.
